Assistant Sales Manager – Club Pilates Delta

Location: Delta, BC – Scottsdale Centre

Position: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive base pay + commission + performance-based bonuses

About the Opportunity

Club Pilates is the largest Pilates brand in the world, with more than 1,300 studios globally. We specialize in Reformer-based Pilates and are built around making Pilates accessible, welcoming, and effective for a wide range of fitness levels.

Club Pilates Delta is preparing to open a brand-new studio at Scottsdale Centre, and we’re looking for a driven, energetic, and sales-focused Assistant Sales Manager to join us during our pre-sale phase.

You’ll have the unique opportunity to help build the studio from the ground up—growing our Founding Member base, developing community partnerships, and helping establish Club Pilates Delta in the local market.

This role also comes with significant growth potential. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, take on greater responsibility, and work toward future leadership and management opportunities.

What You’ll Do

- Drive Founding Membership sales and achieve monthly targets
- Make consistent outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective members
- Manage leads and maintain strong, timely follow-up
- Convert inquiries into new members
- Build B2B partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Develop referral and community partnerships
- Support local marketing and grassroots lead generation
- Attend community events, pop-ups, and networking opportunities
- Track KPIs including calls, appointments, conversions, and membership sales




- Deliver an exceptional experience to prospective and Founding Members

Who We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
- Confident with outbound calling, prospecting, and generating new business
- Outgoing and comfortable approaching businesses and networking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets
- Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Experience in sales, business development, fitness, membership sales, hospitality, retail, or marketing is an asset. We’re looking for someone who creates opportunities—not someone who waits for them.
