Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software, including cleardent, or similar software and CAD systems.

The Associate

Dentist will play a vital role in maintaining the practice’s standards of excellence and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Perform general dentistry procedures such as examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, and crowns with precision and care
- Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their needs
- Utilize dental software such as cleardent or similar for charting, scheduling, and documentation
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure smooth practice operations
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options




- Stay current with advancements in dental technology including CAD systems for restorative procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Experience with dental office management software such as Cleardent or similar
- Proficiency in CAD technology for restorative work is preferred
- Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is desirable
- Good experience with emergency pts
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Pay: $100,879.40-$412,479.77 per year
