Fort Frances Collision Center is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Autobody Technicians to join our team!

As an Autobody Technician, you’ll play an key role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and ensuring every repair meets our high standards for quality and safety. From structural and collision repairs to panel replacement and refinishing preparation, your skill and attention to detail will help us deliver workmanship our customers can trust.

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

- Want to work in a modern, well-equipped facility.
- Have experience performing collision and autobody repairs.
- Have robust attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Are dependable, punctual, and accountable for assigned work.
- Can assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair procedures.
- Communicate effectively with estimators, parts personnel, management, and other members of the collision repair team.
- Can follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications.
- Are committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Hold a valid G Driver’s License.
- Hold a 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer certification/Red Seal endorsement, or have the applicable experience and training required to pursue certification.

Job Duties:
- Inspect vehicles and assess collision and body damage.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
- Perform structural repairs and vehicle straightening according to manufacturer specifications.
- Remove and reinstall vehicle components, trim, glass, hardware, and related parts as required.
- Repair dents, scratches, and other body damage using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare repaired surfaces and panels for refinishing.
- Follow OEM repair procedures and industry standards to ensure secure,



high-quality repairs.
- Perform measurements and inspections to ensure proper vehicle alignment and fit.
- Work closely with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other technicians throughout the repair process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs performed.
- Ensure completed repairs meet Fort Frances Collision Center’s quality and safety standards.
