About Us

Fix Auto Bow Valley is a busy, collision repair facility specializing in high-quality insurance claim repairs. We pride ourselves on restoring vehicles safely to exact OEM specifications while maintaining a smooth, efficient repair process for our insurance partners and customers. We are currently looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Collision Repair: Repair and replace damaged body panels, fenders, bumpers, doors, and quarter panels to pre-accident condition.
- Insurance Alignment: Review repair estimates and coordinate closely with the office to map out efficient repair plans that meet insurance guidelines.
- Structural Work: Perform frame and structural alignment, component replacement, and welding according to OEM standards.
- Disassembly & Reassembly: Meticulously tear down vehicles, document hidden damage for supplements,



and accurately reassemble interior/exterior trim and mechanical components.
- Pre-Paint Prep: Smooth out dents, apply body filler, and block-sand surfaces to ensure a seamless, ready-for-paint finish.

Qualifications

- Experience:Red Seal Journeyperson or Registered Apprentice is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in panel replacement, body filler execution, and plastic repair. Frame machine experience is an asset.
- Quality Focus: Sharp eye for body straightness and structural integrity.
- Requirements: Must have your own tools and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
