Responsibilities

- Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine necessary repairs and restoration steps
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove dents, replace panels, and realign vehicle structures
- Perform mechanical repairs related to auto body work, including suspension or frame adjustments when needed
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer coats with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency during repair processes
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines throughout all repair procedures




- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs promptly while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

- Prior automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and auto body components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during repairs
- Experience with automotive body& refinishing techniques including sanding, priming, and painting is a plus
- Mechanic experience or background in automotive repair enhances your suitability for this role
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
