Duties

- Assist technicians with routine vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform basic repairs and assembly tasks
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Support with heavy lifting and moving parts or vehicles safely within the shop workplace
- Participate in vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and support troubleshooting efforts
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Contribute to ongoing vehicle maintenance projects, including oil changes, tire rotations, and component replacements





Qualifications

- Basic mechanical knowledge with a strong interest in automotive systems and repair techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and schematics preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various tasks
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to learning new skills
- Mechanic experience or related technical training is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
