Join our team as an Automotive Detailer and help bring every vehicle to its fullest shine. In this hands-on role, you will clean and detail vehicles to meet our high-quality standards, ensuring each one leaves looking spotless and polished.

Your attention to detail and pride in vehicle care will help deliver an excellent customer experience and support Downey Ford’s commitment to quality. This is a great prospect to develop your automotive detailing skills in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Previous automotive detailing experience is an asset, but training may be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Vacuum, shampoo, wash, wax, and polish vehicles
- Clean windows, wheels, rims, upholstery, and other surfaces
- Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
- Inspect vehicles and report any damage or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Move vehicles on dealership property as required
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications





- Valid driver’s licence
- Satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Previous automotive detailing or vehicle-cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position
