Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Parts Manager, where you will lead the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of automotive parts to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will drive inventory accuracy, optimize purchasing workflows, and support the overall success of our automotive service and sales teams.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for automotive parts, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing to secure quality products at competitive prices.

- Oversee inventory levels through demand planning and data analysis to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

- Maintain accurate data entry within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) platforms to track inventory movements and order statuses.

- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.

- Supervise warehouse operations, including forklift handling and storage organization, to promote safety and efficiency.





- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and resolving supply-related issues effectively.

- Implement supply chain best practices, including sourcing strategies for HVAC components or mechanical parts, to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience

- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive parts management and supply chain logistics.

- Demonstrated ability in data entry, procurement, and demand planning within ERP systems or similar platforms.

- Skilled negotiator with experience in sourcing parts from multiple vendors to optimize costs and quality.

- Knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, or HVAC components is highly desirable.

- Experience operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse safety protocols are preferred.

- Robust customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities to collaborate across departments.

- Prior exposure to CMMS tools or ERP systems used in automotive or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
