About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Painter to join our repair team. You will be responsible for prepping, priming, painting, and finishing vehicles to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, experience with modern paint systems, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning
- Mix and match paint colors to match OEM specifications
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray equipment
- Operate and maintain spray booths, guns, and related equipment
- Inspect finished work for defects and perform touch-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience as an automotive painter (or equivalent training)
- Knowledge of paint materials, mixing systems, and application techniques
- Ability to color match accurately
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Own basic tools preferred but not required

Pay: $34.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
