JTrinity Aviation is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance and Manufacturing Organization located in Surrey BC Canada. We repair and overhaul helicopter components as well as manufacture carbon fiber replacement parts for the helicopter industry.

We are seeking a person to help the manufacturing shop technicians with the repair and manufacturing of helicopter parts. This position includes cleaning, paint stripping , fibreglass layup , wet layup, tooling manufacture , pre-preg layup, vacuum bagging ,autoclave operation and general handling of helicopter parts This position offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in helicopter repair and maintenance. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians to learn and develop your skills in a hands-on environment.

Duties

- Assist senior technicians in the repair and manufacturing of parts
- Learn to use cleaning and paint stripping equipment and hand tools




- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and facility
- Gain knowledge of helicopter parts manufacturing
- Assist with other general duties and tasks as needed

Requirements

- Mechanically inclined or interested in aerospace is a benefit
- Attention to detail and quality are required
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions in detail
- Must be able to work independently or as a member of a team
- Must maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 30 lbs.
