About Peck’s Marina

Located in the heart of the beautiful Thousand Islands, Peck’s Marina is a family-owned, full-service waterfront marina with a strong reputation for quality service and customer care.

We’re more than just a marina. From boat repairs and service to parts, fuel, rentals, docks, and indoor heated and outdoor storage, we work together to make sure our customers, and their boats are well taken care of.

We’re looking for a responsible, safety-minded AZ Driver to join our team for our busy fall haul-out and storage season.

If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, working around boats, and being part of a hands-on team where everyone pitches in, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

As an AZ Driver, you’ll play an important role in our fall operations, safely moving customer boats from the marina to our nearby storage facility. Most of the driving is local, with the storage facility located just a few kilometres from the marina.

In addition to transporting boats, you’ll work alongside our marina and service teams to support launching, hauling, yard operations, and general seasonal preparation.

What You’ll Do

- Safely transport boats between the marina and storage facilities using company trucks and equipment
- Perform local hauling and delivery, with occasional longer-distance trips as required
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
- Assist with boat launching, hauling, and yard operations
- Carefully position and handle customer boats and equipment
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and work setting




- Perform general yard maintenance and cleanup
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and regulations
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Periodically take on other duties as required during our busy fall season

What We’re Looking For

- Valid AZ Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- Experience towing and hauling trailers
- Experience operating trucks and equipment in a marine, construction, agricultural, or similar environment is an asset
- Strong safety awareness and a careful, responsible approach to handling equipment
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors
- Comfortable working around boats, machinery, and in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling customer property
- Able to work independently while also being a positive, team-oriented contributor
- A strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
