Our financial services client is seeking a BA II (Data Services Analyst) (3+ years) to manage legal agreement data capture and trade exception analysis for capital markets trading products

Join a global operations team supporting legal agreement lifecycle activities across capital markets trading products within a banking environment. This role focuses on managing legal agreement data capture, investigating trade exceptions, and supporting operational workflows related to derivatives, foreign exchange, fixed income, and repo/securities lending agreements. The position offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders across Sales & Trading, Technology, Risk, and Operations.

Must Haves

- 3+ years in Data Management within a banking or capital markets environment

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong technical skills

- Knowledge of trading businesses, transaction lifecycle, and Client Data Services operating procedures

- Post-secondary education

Nice to Have

- Banking experience

- Knowledge of Trade Agreements including ISDA, CSA, MFSTA, and GMRA

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

- Manage accurate and timely data capture of legal agreement terms and documentation

- Review legal agreements and codify terms within appropriate systems

- Investigate and manage trade exceptions related to legal agreements

- Maintain and update Scream tables for netting status and product coverage

- Collaborate with technology partners to support Trade Agreement data capture processes

- Validate operational readiness activities and communicate project status updates

- Produce management reports and support data requests for audit and control teams
