We are looking for a reliable and motivated Bakery Assistant to join our team in New Westminster.
Pay: $19–$24/hour
Position: Full-time or Part time
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and baking of breads, buns, pastries, and other bakery products
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Assist the baker with daily production
- Keep the bakery work area clean and organized
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous bakery or kitchen experience is preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good spoken English and ability to understand instructions
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- FoodSafe certification required
- Spanish is an asset
