Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
- Assist with food preparation, including handling snacks, pastries, and light meals in accordance with food safety standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, seating area, and workstations to ensure a hygienic setting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and accommodating special requests.
- Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, basic math calculations,



and balancing tills at shift end.
- Support team members with general duties such as serving customers, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and basic math for cash transactions.
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles within the food industry will help you excel in this position.
