Responsibilities

- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert advice.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering strictly to sanitation standards and safety protocols.
- Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently.




- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare tips, and product recommendations.
- Ensure all tools and work areas are properly sanitized after each use for hygiene compliance.

Experience

- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a robust portfolio of hair styling work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a grooming environment.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling grooming products is a plus.
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing transactions effectively.
- Passion for delivering top-tier customer service with a lively, positive attitude.
