We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and contribute to the continued success of one of Toronto’s premier dining and nightlife destinations.

As Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the bar operation, including team development, recruitment, inventory management, cost control, and service execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence while fostering a culture that inspires both team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing bar team.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional hospitality professionals.
- Drive a culture of excellence through coaching, training, and performance management.




- Ensure consistent execution of service standards and guest experience initiatives.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and beverage cost controls.
- Monitor and achieve financial targets, labour budgets, and operational goals.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and business initiatives.
- Support future expansion projects and new venue openings in Canada and the United States.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, bars, or nightlife operations.
- Demonstrated success in building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of labour management, inventory controls, and financial performance metrics.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop hospitality professionals.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development.
- Flexibility to support business growth opportunities and new openings as required.

Total compensation consists of base salary plus estimated gratuities.
