Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with basic math skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of food items according to health regulations.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light menu items as needed.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in the food industry, including serving or food preparation roles, is advantageous.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
