Overview

We are hiring Barista/Cashiers for both full-time and part-time positions, including afternoon shifts. Please include your availability when applying.

We are seeking a dedicated, friendly and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee and tea
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make drinks according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and recommending menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred




- Should have a valuable command of English and be able to hold basic conversations with the customers
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with food safety practices in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn and help out where needed

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
