Full-time or Part-time

Gigli Caffè is looking for a Barista / Pastry Chef to join our team at our Baby Point location.

This is a combined position:

60% Barista / Café

40% Bakery / Pastry

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing specialty coffee using a manual espresso machine
- Serving guests and providing friendly, professional service
- Preparing and baking croissants, pastries and desserts
- Assisting with cakes and other bakery products
- Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Food preparation, stocking and general café duties

We are looking for someone who:

- Has barista and/or pastry experience
- Is comfortable with a manual espresso machine
- Has hands-on baking/pastry experience
- Is reliable, organized and able to multitask
- Enjoys working with customers and being part of a small team
- Is available for versatile shifts, including mornings and weekends
