Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, counter, and customer area.
- Follow Karam Cafe recipes and presentation standards.
- Restock cups, milk, syrups, coffee beans, food items, and other supplies.
- Monitor inventory and inform management when supplies are running low.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Clean equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and work surfaces.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members during busy periods.
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.

Requirements





- Previous barista or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- Friendly, reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn Karam Cafe's drinks, recipes, and procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular cleaning and stocking duties.
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on scheduling needs.

What We Look For We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, customer-focused, and willing to grow with the Karam Cafe team. Experience is an advantage, but a good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
