We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barman / Barmaid (Bartender) to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their overall experience and promote customer loyalty.
- Manage bar operations efficiently by handling cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service; assist in maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours while managing multiple responsibilities such as serving drinks and cashiering.

Requirements





- Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant service or bartending is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash handling platforms is essential for processing transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills confidently.
- Understanding of food safety practices related to food handling and alcohol service; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments that require multitasking and quick thinking.

Responsabilités

- Préparer et servir les cocktails, vins, bières et autres boissons
- Assurer un service professionnel et accueillant au bar
- Préparer et organiser le bar avant chaque service
- Maintenir les produits, garnitures et équipements nécessaires au service
- Connaître la carte des boissons, vins et cocktails
- Travailler efficacement pendant les périodes achalandées
- Collaborer avec les serveurs et l’équipe de salle
- Maintenir le bar propre et organisé
- Respecter les procédures concernant le service responsable d’alcool
- Participer aux tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture du bar

Profil recherché
- Expérience comme bartender considérée comme un atout important
- Bonne connaissance des cocktails et boissons
- Rapidité, organisation et souci du détail
- Excellente attitude envers la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression
- Ponctualité et fiabilité
- Esprit d’équipe
- Français requis; anglais fonctionnel considéré comme un atout

Conditions

- Quarts de soir et fins de semaine
- Rémunération selon l’expérience + pourboires
