Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Your experience in the food industry and familiarity with POS systems will be essential in delivering an outstanding dining experience. We have a strong focus on our events are are looking for someone as passionate about service as we are!

We require someone with flexibility to work in all venues within the building; Snack Bar, Twotwotwo, Mainstage and the Local Lounge.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate Touch Bistro POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a protected environment.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments.
- Ability to handle speed bartending during our events service

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of food service operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro, is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- A friendly demeanor with strong hospitality skills to foster a welcoming environment for patrons.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
