Responsibilities

- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately while providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Cooking with deep fryers & grills
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies,



and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy hours.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
- Experience in bartending or serving roles enhances your ability to excel in this position.
