Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our lively hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Odoo POS
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining food safety and food handling standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts




- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and positive guest experiences

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bar or beverage service roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Odoo POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills necessary for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations
- Experience serving in hospitality environments is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of the food service industry dynamics
