Giant Tiger is seeking a Bilingual Specialist for Tier 2 IT Support. The role involves managing Tier 2 tickets, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing onsite support with travel to multiple locations.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and French, hold an IT-related degree and A+ certification, and have experience with ITSM tools. Initial onsite training at the Ottawa Home Office is followed by adaptable remote or onsite work arrangements, with periodic travel as required.
