Rhapsody is seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in Ottawa and Gatineau. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure property readiness, and drive resident satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.
You will report to the Operations Manager, supervise technicians, perform PDIs, manage deficiencies, and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely turnover and high-quality workmanship across multi-unit properties.
