Job title: Bilingual Remarketing Specialist

Shift: Monday to Friday, = 37.5hrs per week

Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid) - 2 to 3 times a week in office.

Pay rate: $27.50/hr

Type of role: 12 month contract

Address: Markham, ON

Training will be for up to 3 months or less which will be fully onsite training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their
- scheduled maturity date

- Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for
- excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous
- fees)

- Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer

- Condition Reports etc

- Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices,

- Security deposit etc), processing daily reports

- Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

- University Degree or College diploma is required.





- Candidates must have a prior experience in a relevant or a similar responsibilities

- Superior communication skills in English and French (Must be fluent)

- Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel

- Prior outbound/inbound relevant customer service experience in Canada is mandatory

- Ability to work shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday

- Must be comfortable to talk about customer accounts and payment related concerns with the customers.
