We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair operations with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the body shop, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation
- Supervise and motivate technicians, mechanics, and support staff to ensure efficient and quality repairs
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing transparent communication, updates on repair progress, and resolving concerns promptly
- Write repair estimates and upload to insurance companies for approval
- Oversee all aspects of automotive repair processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
- Drive sales through upselling additional services or repairs that benefit the customer while increasing shop revenue




- Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality control, and customer experience

Qualifications

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Experience with Mitchell and Quaptor estimating programs and Bodyshop Connect management system
- Experience in sales, cash handling, and managing financial transactions within an automotive setting
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a collaborative work environment
