Position Summary

Stonewater Venture is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients while contributing to accurate financial management and reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping businesses succeed. You will be responsible for handling confidential financial information and performing core bookkeeping functions.

Compensation will be based on experience and skills and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and assist with GST, PST, source deductions, and corporate tax reporting
- Process and maintain payroll records
- Maintain an efficient filing system for multiple companies,



ensuring all documents are accurately stored and easily retrievable.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

Qualifications & Skills:

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
