Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked
- Serve breakfast items to guests with friendly, attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, counters, and food prep zones
- Handle food safety procedures in accordance with health regulations and hotel standards
- Restock supplies and assist in food preparation as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and service areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Engage with guests courteously,
addressing questions or special requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with kitchen tasks such as food handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Experience using POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
