Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and Serbver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beer and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a bartender/servber, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires solid time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.

Skills

- Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy setting.
- Proven bartending experience with knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Background in food service is preferred, showcasing an understanding of restaurant operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
