About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Store Manager & Operations Coordinator to take an active role in managing and developing a bridal retail location in Vancouver.

This is a hands-on position combining store management, bridal sales, team leadership, buying, inventory planning, and day-to-day operations. The role offers the opportunity to have real input into the store’s assortment, client experience, and overall direction.

Key Responsibilities

Buying, Inventory & Trends

- Keeping inventory current and maintaining the right mix of styles, sizes, and price points.
- Analyzing past sales to identify best sellers, slower-moving inventory, and gaps in the assortment.
- Recommending and ordering new stock based on sales performance, client demand, and inventory needs.
- Researching new designers and collections that suit the store’s specific customer and price point.
- Following bridal and fashion trends and identifying relevant opportunities for the store.
- Attending selected bridal markets and industry events to discover new designers and collections.
- Preparing, organizing, and merchandising gowns for display and sale.

Store Management & Operations

- Managing the day-to-day operation of the boutique.




- Determining effective store hours, staffing needs, schedules, and daily coverage.
- Helping recruit, interview, onboard, and train team members.
- Creating and managing staff schedules and daily priorities.
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and organization.
- Developing and improving practical systems and procedures for store operations.
- Identifying operational issues and finding practical solutions.
- Communicating important store needs, performance, and recommendations to the owners.

Client Experience & Sales This is an active selling role in addition to management responsibilities.

- Working directly with brides, conducting appointments, and selling gowns.
- Maintaining robust knowledge of bridal designers, collections, pricing, sizing, and current trends.
- Supporting the team with more complex client situations and sales when needed.
- Helping maintain a consistently high standard of client service.
- Using client feedback and sales experience to help guide future buying and inventory decisions.

Team Leadership

- Providing day-to-day direction and support to the store team.
- Supporting staff training and development.
- Coordinating schedules, coverage, and daily priorities.
- Helping maintain consistent sales, service, and presentation standards.
- Identifying staffing or training needs and communicating them to the owners.
- This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of bridal retail and wants to take an active part in shaping and growing a store.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
