Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements.
- Experience in facilitating business process development and process re-engineering workshops.
- Experience in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across ministries/departments.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements within an enterprise IT setting.
- Experience working with correctional facility systems, including related business processes and requirements gathering.
