HIRING: Business Analyst – I⁢ / Enterprise

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution definition, and stakeholder engagement for medium-to-large enterprise I⁢ initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, enterprise architecture, business process reengineering, business cases, UAT, and technical requirements .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs

- Analyze business problems and opportunities and translate them into transparent business and technical requirements

• Create user stories, use cases, process maps, context diagrams, stakeholder maps, business rules, and data flows

- Support UX, functional, and technical solution design

• Conduct business process reengineering and identify cost-effective improvement opportunities

- Develop business cases, options analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC

• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies , sprint planning, and iterative delivery

• Support UAT, testing, change management, training, and end-user adoption

- Manage risks, issues, dependencies,



and production support activities

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and I⁢ standards

- Prepare clear documentation, presentations, reports, and briefing materials

Must-Have Skills

✅ Strong Business Analysis experience on medium-to-large projects

✅ Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience

✅ Agile / Scrum experience

✅ Experience creating User Stories, Use Cases, Context Diagrams & Process Maps

✅ Business Process Reengineering experience

✅ Experience developing Business Cases, Cost-Benefit Analysis & Feasibility Studies

✅ Enterprise Business Architecture experience

✅ Experience with UAT and QA processes

✅ Strong change management and end-user adoption experience

✅ Experience with DevOps, MS Visio, Figma or similar BA/modeling tools

✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

✅ Ability to work effectively with business, technical, QA, and cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Public Sector / OPS experience

• Knowledge of AODA and accessibility standards

- Information Management / Data Management knowledge
- User-centered design and prototyping experience
- Experience with enterprise I⁢ policies, standards, and methodologies
