We are seeking a motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Duties:

- Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or automotive sales environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and dealership software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Ability to get OMVIC certification
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Engaging phone
- Computer skills
- Ability to work well on a team and alone
- Good problem solving skills
