Hiring: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong mix of technical and functional expertise to join a leading banking client.

Key Requirements:

- Banking domain experience.
- FCRM / AML / KYC experience
- Strong Data Profiling experience
- Expertise in Source-To-Target Mapping (STTM)
- Hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Ability to perform QA/Testing activities and validate data solutions
- Robust stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
- Experience working across business, data, and technology teams

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business and data requirements
- Perform data profiling and source system analysis
- Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documents
- Work closely with data engineering teams on Databricks-based solutions
- Execute QA/UAT testing and validate data quality
- Support delivery of regulatory and financial crime initiatives
