Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5 to 7 years of experience and strong expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience translating business requirements into product-driven system specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, BDD user stories, acceptance criteria, and UML diagrams.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, and development teams to drive requirements and solution design.
- Lead and participate in user story grooming and mapping sessions.
- Contribute to Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and solution design activities.
- Support domain-driven and event-driven solution development.
- Analyze and document database entities, relationships, constraints, partitions, and data requirements.
- Participate in designing resilient, scalable, and highly available services.
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology field.
- Strong hands-on Business Systems Analysis and software development experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
- Experience with Ping/ForgeRock application stacks, including:
- PingFederate
- ForgeRock Authorization
- ForgeRock Intelligent Access




- PingIDM Lifecycle & Relationship Management
- PingIDM Identity Workflow
- PingDS Directory Server
- PingGateway / Edge Security
- Solid experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Kafka or similar message-driven platforms.
- Strong database knowledge and ability to translate business requirements into database structures.
- Understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and Hexagonal Architecture.
- Familiarity with Reactive Principles, Bounded Context, and Actor Model.
- Experience with Dynatrace or similar application monitoring platforms.
- Knowledge of Apache Camel for batch/file-based integration solutions.
- Familiarity with Autosys for process scheduling.
- Experience with TIBCO file transmission processes.
- Knowledge of Telemetry and OpenTelemetry frameworks.
- Understanding of the Circuit Breaker design pattern.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, Jenkins, and test automation.
- Experience with log management tools such as Splunk.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
