This position requires effective leadership, multitasking expertise, and a service-oriented approach to manage both food and beverage service and guest experience. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth operations while preparing for overnight guest stays.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage weekend shifts, ensuring effective communication • Serve and prepare specialty meals and beverages • Delegate tasks for cleanliness and organization • Conduct guest safety checks and maintain property standards • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health guidelines

Requirements: • Experience in Food and Beverage and Serve it Right certification • Robust ski/snowboard skills needed for daily operations • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors • Level 1 First Aid certification desired
