We are looking for a reliable, organized and customer-focused Café Clerk / Barista to join our team.

Our café is a busy environment where teamwork, attention to detail and great customer service are essential. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, stays organized during busy periods and is comfortable working independently when needed.

Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas and other beverages according to recipes and company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take orders and process transactions accurately.
- Prepare and heat food items following food safety procedures.
- Keep the café, counters, equipment and customer areas clean and organized.
- Restock café supplies, food and beverages throughout the day.
- Maintain an organized sandwich and pastry display.
- Follow opening, closing, cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor product levels and communicate when supplies need to be replenished.
- Work collaboratively with the Bakery and other store departments when needed.
- Follow all food safety,



workplace safety and company procedures.

What we're looking for
- Previous customer service, café, restaurant or food-service experience.
- Barista or espresso machine experience is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and respectful attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
- FoodSafe certification is an asset.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
