Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Café & VR Experience Associate to join our new location in Belleville.

This is a unique role where you will work across both Cappuccino Café and Another World VR. You will be responsible for creating a great customer experience from the moment guests walk through the door until they leave.

You don't need to be an expert barista or VR technician—we will provide training. What matters most is that you are responsible, quick to learn, comfortable with technology, and genuinely enjoy helping customers.

Responsibilities

Cappuccino Café

- Prepare iced beverages and other café menu items
- Operate the POS and process customer payments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Restock coffee, milk, cups, food and other supplies
- Follow standardized recipes and preparation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized café area

Another World VR

- Welcome and check in guests
- Explain VR experiences and basic controls
- Set up and reset VR equipment between sessions
- Clean and sanitize VR equipment
- Monitor VR sessions and assist customers when needed
- Help manage birthday parties and group bookings
- Maintain the gaming and lounge areas
- Perform basic troubleshooting and contact management when necessary

Customer Experience

- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Answer questions about café products, VR experiences and bookings
- Handle reservations and walk-in customers
- Help create a fun, welcoming environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures




- Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire location
- Complete other reasonable duties required to keep the business running smoothly

Qualifications

Required

- Excellent customer-service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems and technology
- Able to learn new equipment and procedures quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask during busy periods
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Experience that is an asset

- Barista or café experience
- Restaurant or hospitality experience
- Customer-service experience
- Gaming or VR experience
- Experience operating a POS system
- Experience working independently

We care more about attitude, reliability and willingness to learn than having years of previous experience. This is a hands-on position. Some periods may be focused on café service, while other periods may involve helping VR customers, cleaning equipment, preparing for bookings, restocking or maintaining the lounge. The successful candidate should enjoy variety and be comfortable switching between responsibilities throughout the day.

Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
