- Providing production support for the Calypso settlement system within Capital Markets.
- Supporting the Trade Life Cycle, specifically Settlements, Securities, and Prime Brokerage.

Profile

- Incident routing, functional queries, and basic troubleshooting.
- Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to resolve or escalate technical/functional issues.
- Basic knowledge of Capital Markets products and solid motivation for support.
- Platform stability, complex problem management, and mentoring junior staff.
- Proactive monitoring, driving "Production Excellence," and contributing to Al/automation initiatives.
- 5 years of deep domain expertise and advanced technical troubleshooting.

Technical & Functional Skillsets

- Functional: Deep understanding of Back Office functions (Settlement, Accounting,



Position Management, STP) and market products (Securities, Bonds, Warrants).
- Automation/Scripting: Python, Shell scripting, Autosys.
- Frameworks: ITIL (ServiceNow, Jira).

Soft Skills & Operational Requirements

- Ability to interact directly with high-stakes stakeholders like Traders and Sales.
- High stress resistance and flexibility to work in rotating shifts or on bank holidays.
