Campaign Analyst - Remote Canada

- Manage end to end campaign execution across IVR, SMS, outbound calling, and agent supported channels.
- Coordinate cross functional readiness with IT, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and vendors.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance approval for scripts, messaging, consent, and outreach rules.
- Oversee campaign data readiness and curation in Databricks, ensuring clean, accurate, and timely datasets for execution.
- Partner with analytics and engineering teams to validate data logic, segmentation, and audience selection.
- Monitor live campaign performance and adjust pacing, attempts,



or channels as needed.
- Track and report KPIs (reach, response rates, completion, conversion) using campaign and Databricks datasets. Strong knowledge in CXone/Telephony , Acqueon & Marketo is good to have.
- Identify and mitigate risks or issues, escalating blockers with explicit recommendations.
- Communicate campaign status and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership, including post campaign summaries.
