?️ We're hiring: External Sales Representative (Canada) — CapelinCrew

CapelinCrew is a small, independent ski/snowboard apparel brand — started in 2014 in Northern China's Yin & Yan Mountains, now with retail spots in Toronto, Taiwan, and the Netherlands. We make technical, BSCI-certified, PFAS-free outdoor apparel that doesn't look like everyone else's gear.

We're growing our wholesale presence with Canadian specialty retailers, and we're looking for someone to help build that out — commission-based, flexible territory, real ownership over how it grows.

We have a trade show coming up this December, so excellent timing if you want to jump in and hit the ground running. ?

What you'd do:

? Prospect and sign up new specialty retail accounts

? Build long-term relationships with retailers (not just chase one-off orders)

? Present seasonal collections, handle pre-books & at-once orders





? Represent CapelinCrew at trade shows (Spry Show + others)

? Support retail partners with product knowledge

What we're looking for:

✅ Some wholesale/B2B sales experience (a plus, not a must)

✅ Genuine interest in outdoor, ski/snowboard, or apparel

✅ Self-motivated — this is a build-it-yourself kind of role

✅ Existing retail buyer relationships are great, but not required

What we offer:

? Commission: 10–15% on wholesale orders (no base salary)

? Free samples ? Trade show fees + booth setup covered

? Direct line to the founders — your input shapes territory strategy
