Phoenix Youth Programs in Halifax, NS seeks a Development Officer (Capital Campaign) to lead fundraising initiatives for the Multi-Service Housing Centre. Reporting to the Director of Capital Campaign, you will research, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and partners, drafting proposals and supporting events.

You will collaborate with the Fund Development team, maintain the supporter database, and contribute to annual fundraising goals while upholding commitment to inclusion and youth
