Cape Breton University seeks an innovative leader as a Regional Manager for its In.Business initiative. This limited-term position supports diverse educational growth by recruiting Indigenous high school students and engaging business mentors. You will work collaboratively to implement strategic outreach and partnerships that enhance academic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit Indigenous high school and business mentors • Foster key relationships with community stakeholders • Create and manage the regional budget • Coordinate logistics for conferences and events • Document and track program progress and outcomes
Requirements: • Master’s degree or extensive relevant experience • Experience with Indigenous community engagement • Capacity for detail-oriented project management • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Willingness to travel as needed
