Duties

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records and follow-up schedules
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize customer value
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining features, and guiding clients through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm




- Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and participating in promotional events to attract new customers

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow up effectively within the sales pipeline
- Knowledge of automotive products, dealership operations, and marketing strategies is preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers over the phone or in person
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for pricing, financing options, and deal structuring
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; dealership experience is a plus
