We are currently accepting resumes for a Field Representative to work full time in our Mississauga, Ontario Member Centre to service bargaining units in the construction sector.

Core functions of the Field Representative include: support and advocacy for CLAC members, undertaking labour relations representation and increasing the impact of CLAC’s perspective on labour relations within the construction sector.

Experience in construction considered an asset; Demonstrated relationship building skills;

Experience in unionized settings, including grievance handling and contract negotiations would be considered an asset.
