We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpenter/Apprentice to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

- Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution
- Install drywall, insulation, siding, flooring, tile, cabinets, interior door, trim and roofing materials with precision and care
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Support construction painting, caulking, and finishing tasks to achieve polished results
- Participate in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC installation under supervision as needed
- Contribute to heavy lifting, assembly, and material handling to maintain project momentum
- Follow safety protocols consistently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics
- Experience with concrete forming, masonry, drywall installation, and tile laying is highly desirable
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques and cabinetry installation
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material calculations
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems, roofing techniques, siding installation, and heavy lifting procedures
- Handyman experience or general construction experience is a plus for versatility on-site

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
