We are looking for an experienced carpenter with a strong residential background to join our crew. You know how to read a plan, work clean, and get things done without being managed every step of the way. You have been on renovation sites before and you understand that residential work means respecting someone's home while you work in it.

This is a full-time position on active job sites across the lower mainland. Projects include custom home builds, home additions, and residential renovations. Job site locations vary, so reliable personal transportation is required.

What We Are Looking For

8 or more years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction. Comfortable with rough framing and finish work. Some experience across other renovation trades is a strong asset, including demo, back framing,



window and door installation .

Must be hard working, self-motivated, and show a willingness to learn and take initiative. Strong eye for detail and accuracy. Punctual and reliable, every day. Friendly demeanour with the ability to work well as part of a team.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Tool belt and basic tools required. Valid driver's license and own transportation to reach job sites across the lower mainland.

What You Will Do

Read and interpret project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work. Cut, shape, and join materials based on project requirements. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential builds and renovations including framing, doors, windows, trim, and stairs. Work alongside other trades and help coordinate where needed. Maintain an organized and safe work environment at all times.

Flag issues to the site lead before they become problems.
