Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming blueprints and schematics into expertly crafted structures and installations. Duties

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, drywall, siding, and other building materials with precision
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks
- Perform concrete forming and finishing to create durable foundations and structures
- Conduct restoration work, including repairing existing structures and surfaces to restore their original condition
- Handle heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as needed for large-scale projects
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications

Skills





- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation
- Extensive experience with drywall installation, concrete forming, siding, and woodworking
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, carpentry techniques, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety protocols
- Experience in concrete finishing and welding is a plus for specialized tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and working in various weather conditions
